is it over the season 5 or will it continue in season 6
Well, that's to be announced by CBS. I'm pretty sure Two and a Half Men will last a couple more seasons, maybe up to 2010. I've read somewhere that FX will buy rights for re-runs after 2010, so i assumed that would be the last season on 2010.
"FX has picked up the cable rights to the CBS comedy series Two and a Half Men in a deal valued at around $750,000 per episode."

I don't really know how the deals within television companies are made, but it made me think that Warner Bros. will end THM in 2010 and sold the rights for sindication cable to FOX network but only for re-runs not for new episodes.
Other thing is, Jake is growing fast and as soon as he gets around 16 i think its time to bring it to a natural end. ;)
